Annual output of 220,000 t continuously cast and rolled quality copper wire project is intelligent manufacturing of high-end equipment that takes digital system integration as its core. With bright wire surfaces, copper content over 99.994% and strong ductility, its products are mainly applied to aviation and aerospace cables, automobile bundling wires, EHV wires and cables and various special cables, and are included in the recommendation catalog for the first batch of innovative products of Zhengzhou City. The project is a major measure of Henan Xinchang Copper Group in strategic deployment of transformation and upgrading.

Stranded Steel-core Aluminum Alloy Wire

It brings in complete special domestic production equipment for wires such as continuous aluminum alloy casting and rolling lines, high speed aluminum alloy drawing machine, frame winch and pipe winch, and manufactures over 40,000 t various wires annually. With prominent energy saving and environmental protection characteristics, the products are widely applied to construction of State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid and other EHV lines, and feature large capacity, low loss and lightweight technology.
