In order to establish a sense of crisis and competition, stimulate the potential of the team, and break the comfort zone, Zhengzhou Haochang New Materials Co., Ltd. organized a two-day outdoor development training in Songshan on August 29, 2026. This training takes "military training + PK + collaboration" as the core form, aiming to forge the wolf spirit, strengthen execution, and allow each partner to return to work with high morale. This is not only a physical journey, but also a mental exercise - jumping out of the comfort zone, breaking self-imposed limitations, and using sweat and shouting to answer the same question: We are a team!

Assemble and set off, transition from workshop to battlefield

At seven o'clock in the morning, everyone gathered on time to board the train. In the carriage, the ice-breaking activity quickly brought us closer to each other. Colleagues who usually worked hard in the workshop were laughing loudly and encouraging each other.

At the opening ceremony, Zhao Jiale, general manager of Haochang New Materials, and Sun Xuanpeng, deputy director of production of the group company, delivered mobilization speeches. There are no polite words, only a direct reminder: the current market environment is not tolerant, and there are still gaps within ourselves. We must first stand up mentally before we can run in action. These words were like a fire, igniting the whole place.

The red flag was handed over, and everyone re-recognized themselves and the collective in transcendent military training. In the excellent team session, each group set goals and obtained results, and moved the production awareness and quality awareness in the workshop to the training ground; in the passionate rhythm and interesting challenges such as running the world ball, the Tower of Hanoi, and working together in the same boat, everyone kept a close eye on the goals, complemented each other's positions, and put "communication in place, implementation in place, and results in place" into every high-five and every lift.

The soldier's assault elimination phase awakened everyone's sense of crisis - the last position does not protect the weak, and the market has no sympathy for the weak.

Transcendent military training to reshape discipline and will

The first challenge is transcendent military training. Standing in a military posture, walking in unison, and turning between stops, these seemingly basic movements become not easy under the test of high temperature and fatigue. But no one backed down. Sweat slid down the cheeks, clothes were soaked and dried in the sun, but everyone's eyes became more and more determined. The significance of military training does not lie in how standard the movements are, but in letting everyone re-understand the power of discipline - in the workshop, discipline is the bottom line of safety and quality; on the battlefield, discipline is the prerequisite for survival and victory.

Excellent team, with goals engraved in our bones

In the next "Excellent Team" session, each group competed fiercely around a common goal. From setting goals to achieving results, every step requires the tacit cooperation of all employees. Someone is responsible for directing, someone is responsible for executing, and someone steps forward to fill in at critical moments. At this moment, no one cares about who has done more and who has done less. Everyone has only one thought: to complete the task and get results.

This state is exactly what the company needs most at the moment. Only when the team has consistent goals and synchronized actions can small goals be brought together into an overall breakthrough for the company.

Fun challenges, gathering strength through laughter

The drumbeat of passionate beats sounded, the ball of fortune rolled among the crowd, the discs of the Tower of Hanoi were rearranged again and again, and the wooden planks of the same boat carried the footsteps of the entire team. Behind these seemingly game-like challenges lies profound team logic: Is communication smooth? Is the division of labor reasonable? When encountering emergencies, do you blame each other or fill in each other's shoes?

Through repeated attempts and adjustments, the answer gradually became clear. There are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams. When everyone works in the same direction, no matter how difficult the level is, they can pass it.

Soldiers attack, awakening crisis awareness

If the previous challenge is "troop training", then the "soldier assault elimination" link is the real "battlefield." The establishment of Team P and the elimination mechanism at the end made everyone feel real pressure. No one wanted to be the one eliminated, so everyone tried their best.

This sense of crisis is exactly what the company needs now. We often say that "achievement must be praised and mistakes must be held accountable", but in actual work, the inertia of the comfort zone often makes people relax their vigilance. Expansion training tells everyone in the most direct way: the market will not sympathize with the weak, and customers will not wait for those who lag behind. Only by maintaining a sense of crisis at all times can we survive the fierce competition and live better.

Passionate party, see each other's other sides

As night falls, the lights of the expansion party come on. The usually taciturn mechanic picked up the microphone and sang a song, the usually serious project general manager danced, and the young employee who usually just immersed himself in the operation spoke a heartfelt message that made people cry. At that moment, everyone saw another side of each other outside of work—talent, warmth, and stories.

Laughter, applause, and cheers intertwined together, and some people smiled with red eyes. This is the meaning of a team: not just colleagues fighting side by side, but also comrades who understand and support each other.

Smart grid and jigsaw puzzle, the test of breaking through the limits

After morning exercise and breakfast, the challenge escalated again. The "Smart Grid" requires all team members to pass through without touching the grid. Each hole can only be used once. Any mistake by one person will cause the whole team to start over. This is a project that extremely tests strategy, patience and trust. Some people are willing to lie on the ground and act as human ladders, some carefully lift their teammates, and some still grit their teeth and persevere after failing more than a dozen times.

The "Team Tangram" project that followed was the ultimate test of resource allocation and overall thinking. Each group only gets a part of the puzzle, and only through communication, exchange, and sharing can the overall goal be achieved. This is just like our daily work - workshop, technology, sales, finance. Each department has its own resources and tasks, but only by breaking down barriers and working together can the overall interests of the company be maximized.

Graduation wall, turning the impossible into possible

The last project is the graduation wall. There is a smooth wall more than 4 meters high without any auxiliary tools. The whole team must climb it within the specified time. This was the hardest and most shocking moment of the two days of training.

The first group of people squatted down the ladder, their shoulders were red and swollen from being stepped on, but no one complained of pain; those who went up first immediately turned around and stretched out their hands, grabbing the wrists of their companions below; when the last person was hanging in mid-air, everyone held their breath, and the arms above stretched out like a forest and pulled him up steadily. When the last person successfully climbed over, the audience burst into deafening cheers. Some people shed tears, not because of pain, but because they were moved - it turns out that we can do it, it turns out that the power of the team can really overcome everything.

Closing ceremony, bringing harvest back to work

At the closing ceremony, Mr. Zhao and Mr. Sun jointly witnessed the transformation of this team. In their concluding speech, the two leaders said with emotion: "Everyone has changed a lot in the past two days." From the initial restraint and unfamiliarity, to the tacit understanding and trust later; from the hesitation in the face of difficulties, to the hesitation when climbing over the graduation wall - everyone is using practical actions to prove that Haochang's team is bloody, resilient and combative.

This sentence is the highest affirmation of two days and one night of sweat and hard work, and is also the greatest encouragement to every participant.

Back to the company, back to the workshop, back to their respective positions, we must bring the spirit of collaboration, execution and crisis awareness learned during the expansion into every day's work. The horn of the second half of 2026 has already sounded. All colleagues of Haochang New Materials will take this expansion as a new starting point, inject the wolf spirit into the blood, turn teamwork into a habit, and turn execution into instinct.

Only by breaking through can we break through; by integrating, can we gather strength; by transcending, can we take the lead.
