At 9 a.m. on July 11, Xinchang Group's first half and second quarter operation analysis and management summary meeting of 2026 was grandly held in the conference room on the fourth floor of Haochang New Materials. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the operating results of the first half of the year, conducted an in-depth analysis of the current economic situation and market dynamics, and clarified the direction and key tasks of the second half of the year. Chai Xingchen, chairman of the group, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. The heads of the group's functional centers, five major project sectors, workshop directors and deputy or above leaders all attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Financial Director Cui Chengming first reported the company's overall operating results in the first half of the year, analyzed the sales, production, costs and other aspects of each project, and made suggestions for abnormal items. Then, each project summarized the results and deficiencies in the first half of the year in terms of completion of the target responsibility statement, production, sales, products, quality, team, etc., formulated targeted improvement measures, and incorporated these measures into the work plan for the second half of the year. 

Subsequently, the heads of each responsible department reported on the key work of each department in the first half of the year, refined the results, reviewed the shortcomings, and made a comprehensive and detailed layout of the work for the third quarter.

The conference solemnly commended the project teams that performed well in the first half of the year and the second quarter. Mr. Chai presented awards to the winning teams and paid tribute to the frontline strivers in his speech. He said that performance is achieved through hard work, and every progress of the company embodies the sweat and wisdom of the team. He emphasized that commendation focuses on promoting performance through rewards and promoting excellence through excellence. He encouraged the winning team to refrain from arrogance and impetuosity and achieve greater success, and asked all members to set advanced models as benchmarks, work together in the second half of the year to tackle difficulties and take advantage of the situation to ensure the successful completion of various strategic goals for the year.

After listening to reports from various project sectors and functional centers, Mr. Chai delivered an important speech. He first expressed his affirmation of the overall operating performance in the first half of the year, and pointed out that various projects have achieved various highlights during the advancement process, laying a solid foundation for the company's development.

While affirming the achievements, Mr. Chai used the courage to look inward and deeply analyzed the pain points and shortcomings in the current company's operations. He pointed out that there are obvious deficiencies in the efficiency of innovative research and development in various functional centers, the construction of talent echelons is relatively lagging behind, the level of refined management needs to be improved, and cross-department collaboration barriers still need to be broken. The existence of these problems has restricted the company's high-quality development pace to a certain extent, and must be paid great attention to and effectively solved.

Regarding the work in the second half of the year, Mr. Chai clarified nine key directions and pointed out the path for all employees to sprint towards the annual goals:

First, it activates organizational effectiveness. Give full play to the role of the newly established five functional departments, streamline management processes, and improve organizational operation efficiency.

Second, keep an eye on production and sales targets. Focus on core indicators, make every effort to fill business gaps, and ensure the completion of set tasks throughout the year.

Third, deepen internal reforms. Implement the strategy of “strengthening the enterprise with talents”, accelerate the construction of talent echelon, and stimulate the endogenous motivation of the team.

Fourth, it is lean and cost reduction across the board. Integrate the concept of refined management throughout the entire production and operation process to deeply tap cost potential and improve profitability.

Fifth, it is to increase R&D and innovation. Increase investment in R&D, break through technical bottlenecks, and drive product upgrades through innovation.

Sixth, build a strong risk control line of defense. Consolidate the responsibilities of risk control entities, improve the compliance management system, and ensure the stable operation of enterprises.

7. Strictly observe safety red lines. Strictly implement safety production responsibilities and resolutely prevent safety accidents from occurring.

8. Promote environmental protection with high standards. Strictly implement the main responsibilities of environmental protection, promote green and low-carbon development, and polish the corporate background.

9. Accelerate the transformation of digital intelligence. Vigorously promote digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading, and use technology to empower management improvement and business development.
