On May 1, 2026, to celebrate International Labor Day and promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship while strengthening corporate cohesion, Xinchang Group held a grand ceremony to honor model workers and raise the national flag. Chairman Chai Xingchen, along with all middle and senior management, representatives of model workers, all support staff, and some workshop workers, participated in the event. With a spirited and uplifting attitude, they paid tribute to the workers and sounded a resounding call to strive for excellence.

A Solemn Flag-Raising Ceremony Inspires Patriotic Sentiments

At 8:00 a.m., the flag-raising ceremony officially began. Accompanied by the stirring strains of “The March of the Volunteers,” the bright red Five-Starred Flag was slowly raised, while all employees stood at attention and sang the national anthem in unison.

Model Worker Recognition Highlights the Spirit of Craftsmanship

As International Labor Day (May 1) approaches, the Group has decided to hold a Model Worker Recognition Ceremony titled “Honoring Workers, Striving in the New Era” during the flag-raising ceremony to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship. The ceremony will recognize outstanding model workers who have emerged in the company’s production, technology, and management sectors over the past six months, allowing everyone to witness the power of these role models and promote the spirit of model workers in the new era. Looking back, General Manager Chai specifically mentioned that in the first quarter of this year, the Group achieved a strong start to the year! Production in the copper sector is in full swing, and business units across the electrical sector are making a strong push toward their goals.
